2018 Season - Week 13

Many on IR, check your Rosters

As mentioned last week Arizona placed George’s kicker Phil Dawson on IR and AP had lost his first year franchise man OJ Howard. Now AP has lost another receiver as Geronimo Allison is also on IR. David G has lost Miami WR Jakeem Grant, Stampy Miami TE AJ Derby and Alex Baltimore RB Alex Collins, all to IR. Remember from now on you only have the chance to change a player if he is placed on IR by his NFL team. Keep an eye on your roster it’s your responsibility to advise Chief if one of your players is put on IR. Each week starts with a Thursday Night game so you need to get your new man to Chief by 11pm on Thursday for him to count in that weekend’s action. See all the players placed on IR at nfl.com/transactions. Four Weeks To Go As we head towards the final countdown, each week I’ll be projecting forward the number of weeks left to give you a form guide to the key standings. If we take the last four weeks scores and extrapolate those over the final four weeks current form indicates that Marcus will win the Papas Fritas for a second time finishing 25 points ahead of Johnnie. Craig will finish third with Andy H. outscoring Cheryl for fourth. It’s going to take a huge month for one of the bottom three to remain in the Premiership with Stampy scheduled to finish bottom and George 10th. Wayne will be the final owner in relegation zone finishing 116 points behind Ron in 8th. There will be no changes to the current standings in the Conference with Daz (596) beating Mark by 95 points. Mark will finish 42 points ahead of AP while Dave G will miss out on promotion by 35 points with Alex 10 points further behind. But with roster changes due (as so many players are on IR) the positions can still all change as in reality the race for the final promotion spot between AP, Alex and Dave G is covered by just 18 points. It’s going to be a great last 4 weeks. Four Weeks To Go Congratulations to the LA Rams who are the first team to qualify for the 2018 postseason as last weekend they clinched the NFC West. With four weeks left two teams have been eliminated from playoff contention and there is much sadness in the Bay Area as its Oakland and San Francisco. Five more teams can clinch this weekend and you can follow who is in and who is out at https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/standings/playoffrace BUMS on Seats It’s Jaguars (4-8) at Titans (6-6) on Thursday Night Football but we are not meeting to watch it.
