2017 Season - Week 13

Weeks 9 to 12 provided us with four weeks of scores for the BUMS team of November. The best team on BUMS rosters would have scored 244 points in November and would have cost just $8.5m. To put this in perspective Cheryl scored a month’s best 137 points in the BUMS. November’s QB is Russell Wilson (Phoenix & Seattle) who scored 37pts at a cost of $2m while fellow Phoenix Fire Warrior & LA Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein scored 45 points at a cost of $0.5m. The running backs are Sofa & Saint rookie Alvin Kamara 38 points for $0.5m and Old England & Atlanta’s Tevin Coleman 30 points for $0.5m At receiver are Antonio Brown (Old England & Pittsburgh – 32pts for $3m) and Alshon Jeffery (Rhodesia & Philadelphia) who has scored 26 points for $1m they are joined by Langley & Detroit WR Marvin Jones who has scored three TDs in the two weeks since Chief picked him up on TD2 for $0.5m. Two other receivers have scored 18 points in the month but cost $1m each:- Demaryius Thomas (Langley & Denver) and Jarvis Landry for Sofa & Miami. Seven owners had head coaches who won 3 games in November. Our coach is Ron Rivera (Gang Green & Carolina) who won all three of his games for a franchise price of $0.5m. Jim Caldwell (Langley & Detroit), Mike Mularkey (Leamington & Tennessee) and Sean Payton (Perivale & New Orleans) all went 3-1 for $0.5m. Meantime three coaches cost $2m, Dan Quinn (Rhodesia & Atlanta went 3-1 while Bill Belichick (California & New England) and Mike Tomlin (Phoenix & Pittsburgh) had bye weeks and so were undefeated in November. Alex places Ty Montgomery on IR On Friday 1st December Green Bay placed Montgomery on IR and Alex has chosen Patriot RB Rex Burkhead as his replacement. This change will be made before week 14, Remember from now on you only have the chance to change a player if he is placed on IR by his NFL team. Keep an eye on your roster it’s your responsibility to advise Chief if one of your players is put on IR. Each week starts with a Thursday Night game so you need to get your new man to Chief by 11pm on Thursday for him to count in that weekend’s action. Johnnie will finish third with Chief outscoring Aaron for fourth. Each week I’ll be projecting forward the number of weeks left to give you a form guide to the key standings. If we take the last four weeks scores and extrapolate those over the final four weeks current form indicates that Mark (nailed to the bottom of the table) will be joined in the relegation zone with a slumping AP and Daz whose charge to safety will come up just 9 points short, Andy H nervously looking over his shoulder in 8th. There will be no changes to the current standings in the Conference with Cheryl (508) beating David Stamp by 92 points. Stampy will finish 20 points ahead of Wayne while Alex will miss out on promotion by just 8 points. But in the last 4 weeks of scoring Alex did not have Rex Burkhead so Wayne should be concerned. It’s going to be a great last 4 weeks.
